mAgent Beta Terms

1. Nature of the service
mAgent Beta is a free 30-day trial of mPanel hosting controlled by an AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients). Limited to 20 slots one-time. After exhaustion, signups close until the next round.
2. No warranties
The beta is provided as-is without uptime guarantees, SLA, or data retention promises. Not suitable for production or end-user personal data storage. For testing purposes only.
3. Resource limits
- 1 website
- 1 MariaDB database
- 1 mailbox capped at 10 outgoing emails per day
- 500 MB disk space
- 10 GB monthly bandwidth
4. Duration and expiry
Trial lasts 30 days from email activation (clicking the link in the welcome email). Without activation within 24 hours, the slot is released and the account deleted. After 30 days: the account is suspended, data preserved for 14 days (grace period). After the 14-day grace: the website, mailbox and database are deleted. The user account remains in the database for audit/GDPR purposes.
5. Marketing and survey
Participation requires consent to receive marketing emails and a satisfaction survey sent in the final days of the trial. Consent is voluntary but mandatory to participate. It may be withdrawn at any time by emailing kontakt@mdiv.pl. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of previously sent messages.
6. Personal data (GDPR)
Controller: mDiv Mirosław Parcz, contact kontakt@mdiv.pl. Data processed: email, IP, user-agent, support email contents. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (service performance), Art. 6(1)(a) (marketing consent). Data retained until withdrawal of consent or 24 months after trial end. Full policy: Privacy Policy.
7. Anti-abuse
Spamming, malware hosting, mass mailing, copyright infringement or other abuse will result in immediate account suspension and slot release. Administrator decision is final. The 10 outgoing emails/day cap is enforced by a Postfix policy daemon.
8. Conversion to a paid plan
In the last 7 days of the trial you'll receive a 50% discount code for the first year of mStart (74.50 PLN gross instead of 149). Code is single-use and expires with the trial.
9. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms during the program. Material changes will be announced via email to participants with 7 days notice.
